Electricians - Is my Timer System damaged?

 I have a system timer Tork DG120. Here is a wiring diagram for it: http://tork.com/pdf48w.

 I am not firm as you have connected directly from this diagram. It's instructions for the timer. You said "when I move the wire from NO to NC ..." A neutral wire? You have 2 standard 120V receptacles. The wire NO or NC wicked will both containers (screw effrontery).

I fancy i have wired it correctly. But please note that i have a hyacinthine jump wire attaching "H" with "C". I fancy this is ok

 first do you be in sympathy with the difference between NO and NC contacts? one will be commence while the other is closedand they will swap at the start and/or end of the timing series. try moving the wire from one to the other. your jumper is reprimand but i think you are using the disgraceful contact.
